About the winery
The Jaroslav Springer Winery is a small family winery from Bořetice focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties. The vineyards have been cultivated since 2007 in the organic regime, all organic wines are certified.
Where to find us: 5 km from Bořetice is the D2 motorway Breclav-Brno. If you are coming from the direction of Brno, leave the motorway at the 25th kilometer (EXIT Hustopeče), then drive along the motorway and after about 7 kilometers turn to Velké Pavlovice. Bořetice is the first village after Velké Pavlovice. If you are coming from Breclav, exit the motorway at 41 kilometres (EXIT Podivín). In Velké Bílovice at the crossroads turn left and in Velké Pavlovice turn right towards Bořetice. In Bořetice follow the signs that will lead you to us.
