Small family winery
Establishment
We continued the family tradition when we established a small family winery in 2003 in a professional form. We have expanded the old vineyards by planting larger, complete areas and now farm five hectares in the Brněnka, Hrubé and Stará hora lines. We process only our own grapes. Over time, we have moved from selling grapes to other winemakers to producing wine, initially by the barrel, and in 2005, for the first time, part of the production was bottled. Today we bottle all of our production. As our wines found their place in the market, it was necessary to address production and storage capacity and vineyard technology. The original space in the pre-war wine cellar was no longer sufficient, so in 2009 we built a new facility that meets all the requirements for a modern hygienic food operation. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed using environmentally friendly technologies. The wine is bottled on a mobile bottling line, which guarantees the stability of the wine in the bottles, their freshness and, above all, customer satisfaction. The history of the family winery does not go deep, which is why our labels have a modern and atypical look. A novelty of the last years in the winery is the growing sparkling wine made by the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle.
