The symbol of the winery has become the Ammonite - a prehistoric animal of the ancient seas, on which the vineyards are now spread. Behind the winery in the heart of the Moravian Paradise are experienced winemakers Jindřich Sobota and Roman Žďárský. The wines are juicy, fruity and with a pleasant minerality. In addition to the winery, the Valtice Underground - the Underground City of Wine - is also worth a visit.
Gewürztraminer or Traminer rot is white wine. More precisely, it is a variety of white wine. So why is it called red? This is due to the reddish colour of the grapes. It is grown in all sub-areas, most of which can be found in the Velkopavlovice, Bzenec, Mikulov or Čáslav or Most regions. As with Pálava, Traminer will show its beauty, aroma and spiciness especially in the dry version.
