WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY WINERY, WHICH WAS FOUNDED BY THE THIRD GENERATION OF SMALL WINE GROWERS. WE OPERATE IN TASOVICE NEAR ZNOJMO, WE MANAGE A SMALL VINEYARD WITH PÁLAVA AND ROLAND WHITE VARIETIES. WE BUY THE REMAINING VARIETIES FROM PROVEN WINEGROWERS FROM THE ZNOJMO AND VELKOPAVLOVICE WINE SUB-REGION.
Basic characteristics of wine
Sauvignon belongs among the most popular three white wines together with the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties. It is assumed that it comes from the French region of Bordeaux or from the Loire region. The most typical Sauvignons can be found in the Znojmo or Mikulov region.
