About winemaker

The origins of my winery go back to 1980, when I started making my first wines. I was always tempted by the idea of making something new. In 2003 I started to produce straw wines on a larger scale and from a greater variety of varieties. This category was new to us. I was tempted to explore new ways of making wine and to discover ways to improve the quality of straw wines.
