The family winery, whose roots date back to 1945, entered the wine market under the name Vinařství Volařík in 2008. In integrated production, it now manages 80 ha of its own vineyards in the Mikulov wine sub-region, of which 4.2 ha are in organic production. The grapes are harvested mainly by hand. The winery focuses on the production of quality white wines, the offer is complemented by rosé and red wines, Volařík Sekty produced using the traditional method and grape must.
Gewürztraminer or Traminer rot is white wine. More precisely, it is a variety of white wine. So why is it called red? This is due to the reddish colour of the grapes. It is grown in all sub-areas, most of which can be found in the Velkopavlovice, Bzenec, Mikulov or Čáslav or Most regions. As with Pálava, Traminer will show its beauty, aroma and spiciness especially in the dry version.
