We are a small family winery. We buy grapes for the production of white and red wines from the Ovocnářství Ing. Jan Matoušek from the vineyard Ovčáry in Blahotice u Slaného. The processing and pressing of the grapes is carried out in the pressing plant of the Jeviněvský winery, which owns vineyards southeast of the monumental Říp mountain. Training, aging and bottling of wines is carried out in our cellar in Roudnice nad Labem. In the production of our wines we use our forty-five years of experience gained during our previous work in the chateau winery Roudnice nad Labem.
Gewürztraminer or Traminer rot is white wine. More precisely, it is a variety of white wine. So why is it called red? This is due to the reddish colour of the grapes. It is grown in all sub-areas, most of which can be found in the Velkopavlovice, Bzenec, Mikulov or Čáslav or Most regions. As with Pálava, Traminer will show its beauty, aroma and spiciness especially in the dry version.
