Víno Zborovský is part of the tourist program "Open Cellars" and a member of the association "Víno z Velkých Pavlovic". It offers accommodation in two separate guesthouses Klárka and Zorka in the centre of Velké Pavlovice among the wine cellars. The Klárka guesthouse offers wine tasting and sitting in the wine cellar with the possibility of providing cold and hot cuisine or local specialties. There are 4 double rooms (extra bed available) with private bathroom, kitchenette and TV. There are 2 stylishly furnished double rooms with 2 extra beds in the Zorka guest house.
The variety was bred by the director of the wine school in Klosterneuburg in Austria, Dr. F. Zweigelt in 1922 and its expansion to other countries was credited after the Second World War to Dr. Lenz Moser.
